Orange County, NY is one of best places to live and I LOVE to make that happen for my clients.  Whether you are going to live in one of our incorporated villages like Washingtonville, Chester or Warwick or the expansive towns like Blooming Grove, Monroe or Cornwall, Orange county has a home for everyone.

There are summer activites to be found hiking the appalachian trail near West Point, swimming in one of the many lakes like Greenwood Lake or enjoying outdoor concerts at Bethel Woods in nearby Sullivan County.  Our autumn activities include apple picking in Warwick or one of the many orchards located here in the Hudson Valley.  And don't forget the onion festival in Pine Island. In the winter there is skiing at Mt Peter in Warwick or Sterling Forest in Tuxedo. And in the spring enjoy a pleasant dinner at the Newburgh waterfront watching the ships go buy.
